Does Adam travel for events?

Yes. I travel for select weddings, private estates, resorts, and corporate events. Location, setup needs, and timing are reviewed as part of the proposal.

Do you have travel fees?

Within Irvine and a 25 mile radius, there is no travel fee. When traveling further than 25 miles, I charge an additional fee based on the distance traveled. I may also need to include a hotel fee if the commute is more than 3 hours one way from Irvine, California.

How does the booking process work?

Every event begins with a conversation. After learning about your date, venue, timeline, and musical vision, I prepare a customized proposal for your celebration.

How far in advance should we inquire?

For weddings and peak dates, earlier is always best. Once your date and location are confirmed, reaching out early allows time to shape the music with care.

Is every proposal customized?

Yes. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all packages, I consider the event type, performance length, travel, equipment needs, repertoire, and the atmosphere you want to create.
